For more than ten years, I have been building restaurants. Not as a designer. Not as an agency owner. But as someone who lives with the consequences of every business decision.
I have opened restaurants. I have closed restaurants. I have lost money. I have rebuilt. I have managed construction sites, kitchens, service teams, marketing campaigns, menus, suppliers, customers, and everything in between.
Over the years, I realized something: Most businesses do not fail because of bad products. They fail because all the important pieces never connect. A beautiful brand without operations fails. A great restaurant without a clear business model struggles. A stunning interior without a customer experience system becomes expensive decoration.
And marketing without a strong product is simply noise. That realization became the beginning of NOIR.
NOIR was never created to be another design agency. It was built as a business-building studio.
